Lideta is active in primary care, maternity and child health care as well as occupational health care in some 20 locations in Stockholm and southern Sweden, where some of the operations are conducted under the brand name Mama Mia. In April 2019, Lideta acquired the Primary Care business area from Aleris. The business area consists of eleven health care centers in Stockholm and Uppsala as well as three primary care rehabilitation units in Stockholm. Following the acquisition of the Primary Care business area from Aleris, Lideta has approximately 250,000 listed patients. At the end of 2019, Nordstjernan owned 84 percent of both the capital and voting rights in Lideta. The other owners include the Lewné and Wahlström/Laurin families.
