At the end of 2019, Nordstjernan was Swedol’s largest shareholder, with 67 percent of the share capital and 72 percent of the voting rights. In November 2019, Momentum Group announced a recommended public offer to the shareholders of Swedol. Swedol is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
