Nordstjernan divests ownership in Norva24

Nordstjernan made an investment in Norva24 in May 2022. Norva24 is market leader in the North European underground infrastracture maintenance sector. During the three years of Nordstjernan’s ownership, Norva24 has had roughly a 50% top line growth and very healthy increase on bottom line.

Norva24 will now, through a PTP, get funds managed by Apax Partners as new owner.
