Nordstjernan has sold its remaining shares in Attendo

Nordstjernan Aktiebolag (Nordstjernan) has sold its remaining shares in Attendo AB (“Attendo”). The sale means that Nordstjernan no longer holds any shares in Attendo.

Nordstjernan made an initial investment in Attendo in 2015 in connection with the Company’s IPO. Attendo is Sweden’s oldest, and the Nordic region’s largest, care company with operations in Finland, Sweden and Denmark.
