Exceptional property assets
Nordstjernan has a real estate portfolio with the primary assets being two historically important properties: the Stureplan 3 building in the very center of Stockholm where Nordstjernan’s offices also are located. Secondly the Engelsbergs Ironworks, founded in 1681, a building that in 1993 was recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Today, Engelsberg Ironworks is used for seminars arranged by Nordstjernan and the Axel and Margaret Ax:son Johnson Foundation for Public Benefit. The Ironworks is also the home for the Engelsberg archive, which contains all documents preserved from the companies owned and maintained by Nordstjernan and the Ax:son Johnson family
